At German Shepherd Shop, we want you and your canine companion to love your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
